Job Description
Area Sales Director - Cardiology & Critical CareManage the sales of the company's products and services in a specified geographic region. Supervises several territories along with overseeing the selection and development of sales personnel. Train and assist sales representatives in attaining maximum revenue and profitability by monitoring, suggesting sales strategies, motivation in acquiring knowledge of customer needs, etc.Duties and Responsibilities:Travel with sales personnel and train, assist them in attaining the maximum sales volume by motivation, monitoring and suggesting sales strategies, in acquiring knowledge of customer needs, etc.Supervise several territories, oversee the selection and development of sales personnel.
