The general culture of the hospital and its amazing staff is why people choose to stay here. Unfortunately, the hospital is not competitive with wages, benefits, or PTO which is causing many staff members to leave.
Pros and Cons
Wonderful coworkers, easy to take time off, relaxed culture, good nurse to patient ratios
