This company is not a top 10 accounting firm, but the type of business they are in is in the top 10 categories of being sued. Accounting malpractice lawsuits are quite prevalent, much to the expense of reputable up-and-coming accounting firms. These lawsuits generally involve fraud and bankruptcy. It’s almost funny that accountants are sued for fraud when that’s something they often check to avoid. However, within Armanino the management states "they have large insurances that covers that". So, if you see fraud, don't say anything because you may get fired. The greater outcome outweighs the risk of what will be their downfall.
