The schedule it tough because your constantly switching from night shifts to day shifts.
The carbon fiber is like fiber glass and gets everywhere. The ovens and furnace areas are hot to work around. And for the most part people try to keep a good attitude but everyone gets a bit grumpy after working 12hr shifts being hot and itchy.
It's really not a bad job though. It just wasn't for me.

I would still be working there if it was up to me. I had 14 years of experience doing modular furniture at other places. But ARUP payed better then any of them. unfortunately so had my brother who got a job there first and was hired to be the head of the crew. I got a job working under him and we didn't know about the nepotism rule. HR let me go after about a year working there because of that rule.
