The managers in the Tulsa region are exceptional. They are leader-managers who want to develop their subordinates to be the best each can be. Personal improvement is highly acknowledged. The executive managers are great listeners and innovators. All are led by a phenomenal CEO.

I enjoyed everything about it. And stuff that I didn't understand there was more than enough classes to help you to do your job proficiently...

I worked for Arvest Bank for 13 years. It looks like your small home town Bank right where you think you would want to be be until you get your accounts opened up and start trying to do business and soon realize it’s very Corporate and there really isn’t any upper management that cares if you are satisfied or not or if you stay or go. They only care about the numbers of the new accounts at the time to make them look good to their superiors. The only thing they want are to make sure that we have pushed loans and credit cards on EVERY SINGLE customer and make sure that rolls into EVERY SINGLE conversation you have with EVERY SINGLE customer. That’s the bottom line customer service just doesn’t really seem to be a big deal there but it still is to me so I decided I couldn’t be a part of a company like that any longer.

Was a good company when I started 18 years ago. Values have changed, & not for the good. Definitely a division. Cannot state an opinion about anything.

Pros and Cons
Good benefits
Training very poor. No hands on training
