Established in 1886, Aspirus is a Wausau, Wisconsin-based non-profit community-directed health system. Its 8,700 employees work to improve people's health and well-being across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Aspirus provides care to communities through four hospitals in Upper Michigan and six hospitals in Wisconsin, as well as more than 50 clinics, home health and hospice care, pharmacies, critical care, air ambulance services, medical goods, nursing homes and a broad network of physicians. It has been named a Top 15 Health System by IBM Watson Health for 3 years in its yearly assessments recognizing the best-performing health systems in the country. Clinical Cohort Rotations, Preceptorship/Unpaid Internship, and Clinical Cohort Rotations are also available to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, Medical Students, and Visiting Residents.
