Assembly Operators perform set-ups and operate all assembly, soldering, inspection & test, and mechanical equipment for the electrical and mechanical assembly area(s) for Industrial products.

**Skills and Experience:**
*Minimum 2+ years of training or related experience.
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, ATP's, manufacturing instructions, process sheets and other related documents.
*Basic Microsoft applications skills
*Ability to read and write in English.
*Ability to perform simple math and broad trade knowledge of how the math applies to the equipment
and related processes.
*Willingness to perform all necessary job related training.
