As Assistant General Counsels, We ensure a firm's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We work closely with the business team to develop practices, policies, and guidelines concerning state, federal, and international compliance with laws and regulations.

Core tasks:

  • providing assistance to the office of General Counsel
