Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements

O High school education required

O Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in parking, theme park or hospitality industry, including experience in guest service.

O Valid state drivers license

O Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required

O Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple areas.

Desired Characteristics

O Two or four year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experiences required

O Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

O Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Work and PowerPoint

O Experience managing in a union environment preferred.

O Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

O Proactive thinker/self-starter

O Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment

TASKS

  • Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
  • Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
  • Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production problems.
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
