What does an Assistant Store Leader do?

As Assistant Store Leaders, we lead the daily operations of the store and retail team in the absence of the Store Leader. We assist the Store Leader on a daily basis. Our core duties include hiring, leading and training the team, achieving daily sales goals, controlling inventory, and ensuring the highest quality of guest service. Moreover, we are expected to provide a customer-friendly environment, maintain standards and product knowledge, ensure operational excellence, store cleanliness, and food safety.
