WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are currently seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and adaptable Assistant Treasurer to join our fast-growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with corporate and our operating companies' finance teams to oversee financing, capital structure, global cash and banking operational needs. You will also entail frequent interaction with tax and legal teams. The position will have a Senior Treasury Analyst as a direct report.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee capital markets and bank financings. Design and execute financings for acquisitions from time to time
• Support needs for capital structure analysis and ratings agency relationships
• Prepare and submit information pursuant to covenant compliance in debt facilities
• Put in place and manage commercial paper programs, if needed
• Manage a large number of bank relationships and accounts across multiple geographies.
• Maintain share of fee wallet analysis
• Oversee daily cash operations and cash positioning in US
• Maintain sufficient liquidity with credit facilities and cash on hand
• Conduct global cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage global liquidity through cash pool structures, repatriation and intercompany funding
• Assist Operating Companies with their credit facility requirements and LC needs
• Oversee cash investment globally and evaluate new investment products and ideas
• Execute spot F/X trades as needed
• Evaluate need for derivatives and execute if needed. Maintain the documentation with banks to enable execution of derivatives
• Oversee all treasury policies, procedures, and reporting, including accounting requirements at month-end
• Manage internal controls for corporate treasury and ensure audit compliance
• Drive continuous efficiency in treasury operations
• Support M&A deals and post-acquisition treasury integration

Qualifications:

WHO YOU ARE:

• You will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related discipline; an MBA/CFA/CPA a plus
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in treasury/finance/accounting, preferably in a public company
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Ability to work in teams including in cross-functional settings
• High-level of proficiency with financial modeling
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, GAAP, financial statement analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to clearly communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations in simple, clear terms
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a track record of partnering and influencing across businesses and functions to drive value, and working with senior leadership
• Ability to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
