Description

As Associate Directors, we are responsible for managing daily program operations, developing program policies and procedures, and conducting program assessments and evaluations. We manage fiscal administration and take part in strategic planning. We plan and organize the daily affairs of a company and implement strategic plans for various operations. Supervising and managing the company’s operations including responding to customer queries and identification of problems is part of our daily responsibilities. We manage departmental training schedules and work schedules. Working as Associate Directors, we design and implement disaster recovery programs and manage routine maintenance of business relationships. We also design information systems for regulatory reviews.
