Job Description The Associate Director, the Leadership Academy within the Clinical Strategy and Efficiency (CSE) team is primarily responsible for preparing future leadership to pursue needed positions within the rapid growth oriented ChenMed organization. Along with recruiting, training, and developing all incoming leadership fellows, this role is responsible for building relationships with top universities for recruitment of future Fellows. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages the talent review of the Leadership Fellow program and ensures accurate scoping and sizing of the academy. - Collaborates with internal departments including: TMODL/Human Resources, COE leads (MEM, Network, Finance, and Operations) to create curriculum and assessment tools as well as enhance training materials for the program. - Works alongside different COEs to ensure that the Leadership Fellow program balances technical and leadership training appropriate to the transition. - Facilitates periodic focus groups and stakeholder meetings to ensure offerings remain relevant and receive ongoing support from leadership at large. - Works with People Analytics department to assess success of candidates and refine recruitment strategies. - Serves as lead medical economics partner for Ops COE and SEAL Training. - Acts as resource for comprehensive Market Dyad Training on BI tools, KPIs and medical economics. - Creates, develops, coordinates and assigns executive mentorship program for all Leadership Fellows. - Develops periodic social events and team building activities for each cohort to provide a welcoming and sustainable culture. - Coordinates rotations and practicums with various COEs, including In-Center Training, Network Training and other COEs. - Works with COE leads (MEM, Network, Finance, and Operations) to create curriculum and assessment tools. - Builds and maintains relationships with top-ranked universities and programs within healthcare for future Fellow recruitment. - Works with marketing to brand and create collateral and a social media presence for the program. - Travels to universities to conduct presentations about ChenMed. - Coordinates and conducts on-site interviews with the universities for future Leadership Fellows; recruits top talent for the program. - Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
