The corporate head office is located in New Hyde Park, New York, United States, and expanded to over 400 offices worldwide. The company was founded by Norman Freeman. The parent organization is Nippon Express U.S.A. It is a privately owned company. AGS operates as a logistic and transportation supply chain partner for domestic, international air freight, associated part stock, air charter service, and contract warehousing industries in air, surface, and ocean shipping and management in highly personalized and flexible services and solutions. Recently AGS expanded its operations in-home delivery and other transport-related services.
