AZ is a great place to work. Friendly atmosphere. Great people, supportive environment.
However, the commute for me was too long.

The West Chester facility was once a good job until the current management took over. They disrespect their workers and unless your in their good graces forget about a raise.

My AZ experience was positive. I was given all the bells and whistles to support leadership and a team of 30 and growing! The office is on a lovely campus and when the weather is nice a great place to be outside near the pond during lunch.
The science advancement is constantly being explored. The teams are very busy. Keeping people moving, going to the right place and on time is a full time job. However, meet and greets, team victories, holiday celebrations and happy hour Fridays are all part of the life at AZ.

They searched new technologies that closely addressed their business need and then created a very detailed change management plan to deliver the business solution to their global business partners.
