Working at AstraZeneca (AZ) felt like a continuous struggle. Projects lacked direction and resources, making efficiency a challenge. The work-life balance was almost non-existent, with employees often working excessive hours at the expense of personal well-being. The leadership fostered a toxic environment, sidelining constructive feedback and promoting fear over support. Promotions seemed based on favoritism rather than merit, diminishing the value of hard work. Additionally, the compensation and benefits fell short of industry standards, leaving employees feeling undervalued. Overall, I'd caution anyone against joining AZ due to its poor work environment, lack of resources, and unfair practices. Consider other companies that genuinely value their employees' time and talent.

AZ is a great place to work. Friendly atmosphere. Great people, supportive environment. However, the commute for me was too long.

The West Chester facility was once a good job until the current management took over. They disrespect their workers and unless your in their good graces forget about a raise.

My AZ experience was positive. I was given all the bells and whistles to support leadership and a team of 30 and growing! The office is on a lovely campus and when the weather is nice a great place to be outside near the pond during lunch. The science advancement is constantly being explored. The teams are very busy. Keeping people moving, going to the right place and on time is a full time job. However, meet and greets, team victories, holiday celebrations and happy hour Fridays are all part of the life at AZ.

AZ had a difficulty tracking donations to Organizations that supported their Pharmaceutical Products. They searched new technologies that closely addressed their business need and then created a very detailed change management plan to deliver the business solution to their global business partners.
