Asurion Company Reviews and Ratings
Hardware Technician

I enjoyed the learning process bc they set me up with trainers that were good teachers, their schedule for the most part is structured as is their training which is wonderful, communication was missing at times but my manager is direct and that saves me time, the culture is great and supportive and so are the benefits. Pay could be started at a higher rate considering the metrics don’t give you enough cushion and traffic for work orders were not enough or satisfactory and I felt that my store paid a high price for that. So I didn’t bonus at all while there even when my metrics were good and consistent. I also felt that going through so many hoops just to get hired on was a bit extensive and they had initially stated they would try and hire me at a higher rate and didn’t which is a bit of a let down and it makes it hard to be motivated when you can barely make rent.
Their information platform could have been better and the same could be said about their internet connection as well.
Pros and Cons
Knowledgeable and intelligent colleagues, health benefits, work life balance and no office politics
Starting pay, work platform, metrics and no bonuses

If you are not a part of the clique, you are on the outside at Asurion and they will find a way to get rid of you. Bottom line. I found this place to have a very hostile work environment with regards to cliques and small groups.
Pros and Cons
None come to mind

I was laid off due to company restructure. I started out as a Frontline agent, Customer Care Representative. After 10 years, I was promoted to the next level, Care Solution Specialist to help de-escalate calls, due to a Supervisor's Encouragement and the potential she saw in me. The company has been good to me and so were the colleagues I had worked with. All together, I had worked for Asurion for 16 years.
Pros and Cons
Supportive and there was potential to grow in the company
I was not too crazy that sometimes I had to work a holiday, but there were perks around it.

One of the worst company where there is management change quite often and too many layoff. no personal value. however you worked hard, you will be thrown out of the company once day. no job security. higher management is no heart, no brain people. no vision, waste of money on unwanted people.
I hate asurion. Never ever work there. TOo many indian and some indians spoiled the company culture
Pros and Cons
Flexibility if your boss allows
