What does an Athletic Director do?

Working as Athletic Directors, we coordinate athletic events at the school. We supervise these events and monitor students' performance. We clarify the direction of the school's sports program and provide guidance for all participants. In fulfillment of our role as Athletic Directors, we prepare budgets and regulate spending on athletic activities. We collaborate with coaches to schedule rehearsals, games, and sporting events. We ensure that there are sports rules in place and that the rules are respected and obeyed. Our role involves active participation in the hiring process of coaches and employees in the athletic department.
