What does an Audio Visual Project Manager do?

We, audio visual project managers, are responsible for the overall supervision of all personnel. Not only that, but we also promptly perform all activities regarding audiovisual installation, construction, financing, scheduling, and collecting materials for an event. We are supposed to manage all audios and visuals tasks to make effective audiovisual strategies for products and services for a specific organization. Our job entails completing designs and audio activities through computers, writing detailed reports, and modifying files for the sole purpose of generating company revenue.

Core tasks:

  • scheduling and coordinating the available labor, materials, transportation, and technical expertise
  • approving of equipment with the purchasing department
  • carrying out site visits in the initial phases of the project
