Our unique approach to IT Managed Services includes Contact Center Services, Internal IT Support, Data Center Operations, Workforce Solutions, and IT Professional Services.Global Security Strategic Initiatives (GSSI) develops global programs that optimize processes, mitigate risk, and drive results to support the mission of the company and the advancement of the Global Security organization.This role is responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating efforts associated with design, implementation, and maintenance of security auditing procedures and best practices. Please note for this role working onsite at this client location is required Mon-Fri. Responsibilities • Support the design, launch and continuous enhancements of baseline securiy standards• Be responsible for deployment, collection, data entry and general recording and administration of global security standards. • Oversee timely submissions by the members of Global Security team if and when required.• Support the launch and ongoing optimization of dashboards used to capture and analyze collected data.• Management of the security standards deviation and change request process• Partner with other coordinators responsible for similar processes across the GS team to ensure consistency and alignment. • Integration of Standards program projects into the Facebook inbternal project tool• Communicate opportunities for new initiatives and improvements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required• Strong data analysis capabilities.• Experience working in Physical Security with exposure to global operations / projects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.• Strong work ethic and high level of discretion• Data Analytics experience.• Physical Security Design experience or knowledge.•Security Systems knowledge and understanding.
