About Audit Supervisor

What does an Audit Supervisor do?

As Audit Supervisors, we construct audit plans and programs to make sure that they are in correspondence with the current auditing standards. We are tasked with the responsibilities of supervising the lower audit staff members regarding the audit procedures. We also review audit works and finalize reports. We provide recommendations for enhancing the operational procedures. We also help in settling issues that could be faced by the subordinate and we do not hesitate to provide solutions, to promote teamwork.

Core tasks:

  • active employing and selection of candidates so that there would be enough staff on the ground especially during the peak season
  • constant evaluation and monitoring of audit procedures
  • ensuring the quality, accuracy, and conformance of audits with the policies of the department
  • making available rewards and career advancement opportunities, so as to enable the candidates to give in their best
