AUSL (Academy for Urban School Leadership)

The Academy for Urban School Leadership(AUSL) is a nonprofit school management organization located in Chicago. AUSL Organization provides assistance in school management, teacher training, advisory service, and innovative department of the school to improve the performance of the school. The AUSL organization developed an idea to train teachers to improve the educational outcomes of poor-performing school students of Chicago in 2001. The teacher residency program is prepared for the teacher to compete with the demanding needs of underperforming urban school students. The AUSL provide positive educational improvements in academic achievement, student engagement, and parent satisfaction of all schools. AUSL organization serves 16000 students of 31 public schools in Chicago. The AUSL raises significant funding from foundations, government, and private agencies. The organization's mission is to provide excellent service to the teacher, student, and school management to help them to sustain the standard of the education system.
