Austin Indepand School District is a public school system for PerK-12 Grade. It was founded in 1881. The administrative office of the school system is based in Austin, TX, United States. The district school system has a total of 125 elementary, middle, high, early college, academy, magnet, alternative, and community schools under supervision. The school system offers a wide range of academic courses and extra curriculum activities including sport and art actives for more than 74000 enrolled students in all schools. Austin Independent School District's mission is to provide a comprehensive educational experience that is high-quality, challenging, and inspires all students to make a positive contribution to society. It has more than 5, 488 teachers, 1551 administration & professional staff 4,136 other services staff in all district schools. It strives to offers a variety of robust educational opportunities at every level to meet each student’s unique learning interests.
