Though the work was fun, just playing with kids, it was very tough only getting paid for sessions canceled the same day. Many times parents would cancel in advance and we did not get paid for the session. At one point I was working 2 hours a day because my other sessions were canceled.

Pros and Cons
Employee support is always available, constantly training and learning , somewhat flexible hours.
Too much responsibility for the rate of pay, hours are super inconsistent.
