What does an Automotive Product Specialist do?

We, automotive product specialists, provide a transparent atmosphere to the clients. We provide information on the most count of cars, so clients can make better choices. We greet the customers at the dealership. We keep a record of current inventory. We also track the changes in the market and incentives. We sell the appraisals as well. Some of us also attend social events and sales meetings. We are familiar with the sales goals. We record the clients’ information. We work on the service drive and test drives. We are responsible for assisting the customers. We answer the clients’ questions and understand their needs. We often aware the customers about vehicles’ packages and features.

Core tasks:

  • preparing the demo vehicles and present them
  • explaining the benefit and performance of the vehicle
