What does an Automotive Service Advisor do?

As automotive service advisors, we are the primary source for creating profitable relationships between customers and automotive service technicians. Our job role requires us to examine the customer’s vehicle’s condition, ask them about the services they need, and refer them to the best automotive technician. Our job role also includes scheduling meetings, advising the customers, guiding the technicians, and finding the best car solution as per the client’s needs. Along with all these roles, we also evaluate the estimated cost for repair.
