I worked there a year and in that time I had 6 different Administrators. The last Administrator tried to micro manage me and obviously just didn’t like me, I had no problems with my job or doing my job until she came in as a temp, and tried to find fault with me and my fire drill exercises. She was very unprofessional. I was totally glad to get away from her and went on and made $10 more an hour somewhere else. High turnover building and company. I would never put my love ones there.
Pros and Cons
Pros were the elderly residents who lived there and a few co workers.
Cons upper management is unprofessional, high turn over with Administrators. No consistency.
