I started sealing Avon 20 years ago. It has been a good job. It’s been extra income, meeting people and helping them with their beauty needs.

I sold for 22 years, had a downline and was top in sales for 10+ years. They push for you to sign up more and more people but they only want bodies not quality people who really want to sell. As the years went by they made it harder and harder to earn money, raising fees (shipping to and from) book prices went up and stuff being on backorder all the time pissing customers off. If you had something on back order for 2 campaigns (there are 2 a month) then it would fall off the backorder, you called to have it put back on only to be told that you would go to the end of the line to wait for it. Discontinued items all the time with no real notice, told there was 100% return guarantee yet ding YOU if you have too many returns. The call center was outsourced to a different country and there would be language barrier issues. Sold off part of the company and added outside of Avon products from "partners" that were pricy (not a typical Avon customer purchase) Too much more to list.
