The district covers northeastern Parker County, northwestern Tarrant County, and a small portion of southern Wise County In addition to Azle, the district serves the communities of Pelican Bay, Lakeside, Sanctuary, and portions of Reno and Briar. The school serve approximately 6800 students and was rated ‘academically acceptable by the Texas Education Agency. The school’s mission is Making a difference to every child, every chance, every day. The school serves students from elementary school to grade 12 and special programs such as Fine Arts and Athletics.
