Overview Milestone Technologies, Inc. is a leading IT Managed Services and IT Professional Services solutions provider headquartered in the Bay Area and serving clients globally. Our unique approach to IT Managed Services includes Contact Center Services, Internal IT Support, Data Center Operations, Workforce Solutions, and IT Professional Services.This role is responsible for, but not limited to, managing the processing of security and access permissions for new employees and contractors, as well as existing personnel, visitors and others requiring building access. As the Lead badging administrator, you will create and manage the schedules of all badging administrators to ensure adequate coverage of all MPK Badge Hub offices as well as support of NHO and audits. Additional duties include activating or deactivating photo identification cards, programing access using CCURE, answering security telephones, filing office paperwork, keeping records and performing additional duties as appropriate. Responsibilities •Manage complete operations of the Badge Hub, including but not limited:•Manage operations, including schedule development, execution, coverage as required, and back-up plans.•Manage performance of the team globally, including regular performance reviews, team meetings, training, etc.•Provide operational updates to client and management teams.•Coordinate and schedule support for events with cross-functional partners.•Track, manage, and order inventory for Badge Hub supplies and equipment. Provide reports•Ensure smooth operation of all computer terminal and badge printers in supported locations.•Remove access privileges when access is no longer granted and handle escalation of issues from field teams as needed.•Identify issues with badging processes and equipment, develop and execute action plans to resolve.•Add new employees to required database and otherwise perform any required badging functions to back up field personnel if/as necessary. •Responsible for tracking badges issued to new employees and Contractors, as well as maintain documentation for all non-client workers. •Update Restricted Access Levels.•Generate reports from the system.•Assist with projects as needed.•Other duties as assigned by client or management.•Work flexible hours.•Strong work ethic and high level of discretion.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.•Effective facilitation skills, able to facilitate group discussions.•Attention to detail, able to develop accurate written materials.•Action orientated, able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.•Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
