As Baggage Handlers, we load and unload baggage onto an aircraft. We keep track of every single baggage while transferring to cars and vehicles from the plane and vice versa to be able to track them easily in case of any misunderstanding. We also make sure the customer receives his/her baggage in good condition received by the rightful owners. We make sure that the baggage is not stolen or damaged and separate highly fragile goods from the rest. We also help store the luggage in the warehouse for distribution and clean de-ice the plane.
