Bainbridge College is also known as Bainbridge State College. It was incorporated in 1970 with the support of Georgia governor Marvin Griffin and local citizens. The college first opens its door for the students in 1973 during the governorship of Jimmy Carter. The primary headquarter is based in Bainbridge, Georgia, the United States. The current President is Stuart Rayfield. Bainbridge College is an independent, state and co-educational college. It is accredited by the Commission of Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is a two-year college that enrolls approximately 3,000 students yearly from 11 surrounding counties and several states and nations. It offers academic programs and degrees in bachelor of arts, bachelor of business administration, music, science and technology, technical programs, career certified programs, and more.
