They break about every labor law on the books. Constant lay offs, supervisor fratenization with female employees, poor leadership - the good ole boy model for promotions. Not to metion unintelligent preditory supervision. They want long hours with overtime, then turn around and lay off people because of orders were completed too soon. No regard for family values, I could go on but I think you get the point.

Pros and Cons
Coworkers are hard working.
Pay scale, management, family values, poor benifits.

Started as a Field Engineer traveling the United States and the globe working with customers and internal personnel on many exciting projects and tasks. Continual internal training and development eventually lead to such roles as Account Manager with our sales team, eventually Integration Project Leader and Senior Technology Transfer Engineer. Developed Technical manuals and operating systems and tools designed to accomplish a variety of tasks and a full scope of functions and capabilities. Never a dull day in my 30 years.

Pros and Cons
Training and development, field compensation, company vehicles, OTJ room and board, travel.
Long stressful hours, extended time away, demanding deadlines, required exceptional performance.

Many of your peers are very helpful & supportive but when it comes to leadership there is a mixed bag by product company on support & coaching available. A lot of variation with a culture of GE employees and legacy BH employees and though they are trying to drive common culture, progress has been slow.

Pros and Cons
Team comradery, working to improve digital tools & processes.
Sometimes they allow D&I to make decisions that are not always the best choice by qualifications.
