Baker Newman Noyes is a prominent accounting and consultancy company, with offices in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. With origins going back almost 100 years, when Newman, Noyes & Associates merged with KPMG Peat Marwick Portland partners, BNN was founded in Portland, Maine, in 1995. BNN opened an office in Manchester, New Hampshire, four years later, and then another in Portsmouth in 2003. Baker Newman Noyes was founded as one of the fastest-growing regional accounting and consulting firms in New England with an expansion into Boston in 2010 and a series of BNN-led mergers in 2015. BNN is among the major regional corporations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, with its 5th office in Woburn, Massachusetts. It also includes advantages that one would not expect: pet care, compensated maternity leave, a scheme for benefit-sharing, and a business match to the 401 (k).
