About Bakery Manager

What does a Bakery Manager do?

As Bakery Managers, we manage the day-to-day activities of every bakery staff to ensure that everyone complies with the pre-established safety, hygiene, and display standards and protocols. We ensure that the bakery is adequately stocked with high-quality ingredients and supplies while coordinating with the Bakery Clerks to secure the lowest prices. We also ensure that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use and train the newly hired staff to produce high-quality bakery items.

Core tasks:

  • develop and implement new advertising and marketing strategies
  • develop and create new innovative recipes
  • create suitable and realistic work schedules for the staff members
