The Baltimore Medical System is a community-based, non-profit organization. They go above and beyond what you'd expect from a general practitioner in terms of treatment. Each patient and family have access to a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, mental wellbeing counselors, and Health Benefits Advisors. They also have services and education to help everyone live a healthy lifestyle. They are dedicated to enhancing the fitness, wellbeing, and quality of life of the people in the communities they represent by offering healthy, high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare. Baltimore Medical System will be the provider of choice for their patients, the employer of choice for their dedicated employees, and the partner of choice for public and private projects in the communities they represent. All workers who work at least 20 hours a week at Baltimore Medical System are eligible for a number of benefits. Employees are eligible for compensation depending on how long they have worked for the company. Cigna is their health care provider. Paid annual leave (up to 18 days in the first full year), tuition reimbursement (up to $2,500 per calendar year), and a 403(b) retirement plan are all available to workers.
