The environment at BOA gave me the experience and helped me developed my technical and professional skills. This was the place that gave me the opportunity to learn all the avenues of life skills and professionalism. I enjoyed all the associates I worked with and the management commitment towards enhancing everyones skills to enable our group as one of the best if not the best. My efforts and contribution was recognized and made all the difference in my development as a person. I highly recommend BOA to anyone looking to enhance and develop their skills.

My company laid me off, but I actually was one of the lucky ones, they started laying off people over a year ago and instead of laying me off they offered me a position in another department. So I got an additional year until pretty much everyone was laid off. Digital Risk Mphasis is moving back to India

Worked at Bank of America for 18 years. The Oregon Site was closed and moved to Texas. There was very little employees leaving in those 18 years.

It was terrible working at the call center I was not happy there. Dread going to work multiple days.

To much favoritism. Loan officers with experience are being pushed out. They give either favorites or new people with no experience all the praise and push us with experience into poverty

Three temp roles got me a permanent position with BofA. Once I was made into a full employee, I was given some of the most challenging duties the back office had, including federally regulated work. The team was great, the role required a wide variety of skills, management put a lot of trust in me. Ultimately, I ended up functioning as a team lead when it was discovered that I had been trained on a plethora of projects that management had forgotten about and nobody else was trained on. This is one position that I regret having the company phase out. It would have made for a fantastic career.

I worked for this company for several years. I started as a customer service rep. I was promoted to the credit card department as a customer service rep and then as a retention specialist. I love being helpful to customers and the bank did promote me for this.

Great team and supportive managers. Inclusive and diverse environment, as well as company wide acceptance of individuality. Training, growth and recognition of employees. Not very many employers actually do the work to make their employees feel valued.

Overall it was a great experience the location was awesome and the pay was very well. I would love to work for this company again.

Excellent financial institution to work for. However, I worked at Bank of America during the time CEO Mr. Hugh McColl was there. Mr. McColl was the Best CEO in history who care about human life, the banking organization and his team members. There were never diversity issue's pertaining to Mr. McColl. Pay was excellent and awesome incentives.
