Worked at BofA for 34 years. I was laid off with approximately 25 or more employees. Enjoyed my responsibilities.

Love the people I worked with. The banquets we had and laughter. We'd order lunch together and sit in the cafeteria.

Only worked for the tax season. I was pleasantly surprised how the system worked. Secure and learned what happens when we send our checks for our tax season. Surprise how the checks and balances are. Enjoyed it. Worked hard but was quite fun.

BofA may foster a team culture, but trying to request for certain resaonable personal amenities (such as time off or work setups) can feel like pulling teeth. When I started the training modules -- when they had any -- were a joke. Here you're just another number and you need to make a LOT of noise if a process -- whether job-related or HR-related -- needs to be fixed or adjusted. Your co-workers might be great, but upper management rarely pays attention except when they want to "thank you for all that you do" during quarterly luncheons.

don't get old in BofA's eyes, work you 70-80 hours a week, weekends , not much to show as appreciation, pizza lunch once a quarter is a joke

this company is my first job to start after i move to this country this place has diversity and you don't feel left out managers are friendly support you if you are hard working sincere to your job this is the place .

Pipeline sizes were not realistic. The environment was very stressful. management was not support and attrition was high

I was not with this bank long, as I quit shortly before me second year. Reviews of performance were biased, based on personal feelings from the manager. Turnover was higher than restaurants. I had three branch managers and four assistant branch managers in less than the two years I worked there before I worked. I also experienced discrimination based on my race from an assistant manager who made my work life unbearable while the manager was on maternity leave.

Global Client Services provided me the abilities to assist clients with products for multiple accounts. With inbound and outbound calls we made opening accounts with BOA a excellent customer service experience.

I learned a lot there and was able to advance my experience here. The management staff was assays willing to help people and they did slot of hiring within.

This is my second round with Bank of America and I love it. Very professional and I love the hours that I currently work.
