BOTW is a sweatshop - people are under the strong pressure of delivering on a non-realistic deadlines. There is no cubicals - people sit elbo to elbo with each other at the long desks with no personal space. The culture is very command and control mixed with Indian tribal relationships.

Bank of the west is garbage avoid run away they take you in then over work you under pay you and eventually the stress will push you out! Not just me every person I met there felt this I try to ignore them until I realize they were completely right!
