About Bank Teller

What does a Bank Teller do?

As Bank Tellers, we are responsible for handling customer transactions and helping the customers' in all queries related to the bank. We are also responsible for other bank services including helping customers order replacement checks, creation and closing of bank accounts, checking the customer's statements whenever requested, and managing deposits. It is our duty as bank tellers to handle confidential information in a responsible and professional manner. We use software laid out to track information and report accordingly.

Core tasks:

  • inform customers about bank services and products
  • answer customers' questions
  • handle transactions and currency
  • maintain and balance cash drawers
