About Banker

What does a Banker do?

As Bankers, we bring new clients and help them through the onboarding process. We manage clients’ bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts and overseeing their transactions while processing deposits, payments, and withdrawals. We also handle other transactions, such as writing cashier checks or money orders when required. We recommend and explain banking services and products to clients based on their current needs while presenting and upselling other banking services and products to existing and prospective clients. We collaborate with other banking professionals to ensure high-quality client service by resolving client queries and complaints.

Core tasks:

  • authorize and evaluate overdrafts and loans
  • perform administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, and data entry
  • establish a good rapport with clients to identify their business needs and leverage referral opportunities
