We manage the schedules of the staff and ensure smooth operations. Our duties include the safety and comfort of the event attendants. We welcome the guests when they arrive at the functions. In addition, we ensure that the seating arrangements are on point. It is our responsibility to assist the organizers and managers with event planning. We set up the timetables and shifts for staff. As banquet captains, we manage the timetables. Some of us also develop the staff and provide training.
