About Banquet Chef

What does a Banquet Chef do?

Working as Banquet Chefs, our primary responsibility is to train the new employees in the kitchen department. We lead and motivate our entire team for producing good quality and tastier foods. We review the banquet event orders regularly and notify the changes to our staff for executing things and making changes in accordance with the assigned orders. Functioning as Banquet Chefs, we are responsible for working under the supervision of the executive chefs of the department. we have the ability to manage the kitchen work and prepare plans for banquet orders to deliver them before the given time. We oversee the cleaning of equipment that is used in the kitchen to ensure safety and security of the food items.

Core tasks:

  • maintaining the proper utilization of appropriate tools in the preparation of foods
  • coaching the new kitchen employees
  • communicating with the chef managers and other members to discuss food menus
  • working collaboratively with the members of our department
  • providing suggestions in the development of menus for new restaurants
