We monitor the hosting of banquets as Banquet Managers to ensure that clients have a good banquet experience. Consultation with Banquet Sales Directors and Head Chefs, deciding the number of wait staff, and preparing the design and configuration of locations are all part of our responsibilities. We can also be called in to treat beverage requests on occasion.
