Bar Louie is a 1990s American bar and restaurant chain. Bar Louie's headquarters are in Addison, Texas, and the company's CEO is Tom Fricke. It primarily serves cuisine, beer, and cocktails from locations in urban and suburban markets. On January 27, 2020, Bar Louie declared bankruptcy and closed all 38 of its locations. It aimed to emerge from bankruptcy within 90 days and announced that suppliers and employees would be paid while the company was in bankruptcy.
