About Barista

What does a Barista do?

As baristas, we let our customers know about the latest food items that the restaurant has to offer. We also prepare food items such as sandwiches and baked goods. Apart from these items, we also prepare beverages for our customers including coffee and tea. Moreover, we also answer any question the customer might have related to the food item or beverage of his choice. We also perform other duties around restaurants like emptying trash and cleaning dining areas. We also learn new techniques to prepare food. We perform all these duties while carefully following the safety regulations.

  • changing the signs to attract more customers
  • communicating with customers to ensure there's no misinformation
  • packing food items that are on sale
  • learning different ways of brewing to offer customers innovation
