I interviewed with Barkley for a media position that I was well qualified for, had employee references, and had a current client endorsement. Never received a follow up call after the first interview.

My experience as pretty simple. Met with my two managers separately. Super casual and laid back vibe. Awesome people overall. They had seen my work so the conversation was more around my work process and who I am as a person. And got hired on the spot.
