About Bartender

What does a Bartender do?

As Bartenders, we prepare and serve drinks to customers at the bar or by serving staff and ensure a safe and well-organized workplace. We respond to consumer requests on time and giving drink recommendations based on consumer preferences. Working as bartenders, some of us interact with customers to have a constructive and friendly guest experience, collect payments for drinks, and make the change as required. We plan and present the bar menu and follow food and beverage rules.

Core tasks:

  • greeting clients, read or listen to learn about their drinking tastes
  • plan drink manus and inform customers about the new one
  • maintain beverage and food safety standards and regulations
  • keep the working and dining area clean and healthy
  • responsible for handling transactions
