The Bernard M. Baruch College, commonly referred to as the Baruch College, is a public educational institute operating under the City University of New York educational system, offering undergraduate, master's, and affiliate programs through its three academic facilities namely, the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, and the Zicklin School of Business, all present within the city of New York. The school’s legacy dates back to 1847, to the formation of the Free Academy, an institution to offer free public higher education in the United States. The college is a rich conglomerate of cultures and heritage, housing 19500 students, from over 168 countries, gaining national recognition to embody a vast ethnically diverse student population. The staff is equally diverse and inclusive, encompassing 1221 academic and 699 administrative professionals, with promising expansion, all of whom are adequately compensated with a total rewards package.
