BASF was a great place to work at along with great people and to learn about the process of making medicine. Dr. Reddy’s from India bought them out, but, wherever you see BASF, it’s a thumbs up place!

They brought in catering cooks to make our lunches at half price..
I can’t think of anything that would be on the down side.

Bad parking and bundle up in the winter because it’s cold in the plant

If you do not know someone with pull, or are not related to someone with pull, do not make any mistakes. Your mistakes, no matter how minute, will be held against you and used to take your job when favorable to those in charge…..unless you KNOW or are RELATED to the “right” person.

I had a great plant manager. Our small team worked well together. We provided automotive coating to several automotive manufacturing plants. Unfortunately the plant was closed.
